Bridge Documentation

This bridge no longer exists!

Bridge Status: Demolished and replaced in 2017.

This bridge is an attractive and unaltered example of a concrete rainbow arch, often called a concrete bowstring type of bridge. It is a relatively short example of its type. It is believed a slightly larger example once existed further down this road, after it turns and becomes 5th Line and where it crosses Pine River again, however this bridge had been replaced. This may suggest that this bridge is at risk for demolition and replacement as well. It would be nice to see the bridge instead rehabilitated.
