This bridge is an example of an uncommon style of railroad bridge that is somewhat European in design with its "flat" appearance of truss members and truss web, as well as the use of the double-intersection Warren truss configuration. The bridge is located at a point where a railway line branches off from an active mainline. This branch including the bridge is today abandoned, and quite overgrown.
