This bridge is only 17 feet in length and so does not even qualify to be a bridge under the National Bridge Inventory, which requires 20 foot length. However the bridge remains noteworthy because it retains excellent historic integrity. The bridge is also situated on a curve in the roadway, which is unusual. Because of this, the parapet design varies quite a bit on each side, with the southern side of the bridge having longer and a more curved parapet.
