This magnificent railroad bridge, owned by the Eastern and Huron Railroad Company, has an unusual modified Warren truss structure. It has a-frame portal bracing, and its connections are riveted. The main vertical members and diagonal members have no v-lacing, however some of the other smaller members, diagonal bracing and the bottom of the top chords all have v-lacing. The bridge has six panels. Approaches are wooden at each end. Supports for the bridge are quite unusual, and are also wooden. The bridge appears to retain a high degree of historic integrity. The bridge remains in use by trains.
