This bridge is near to the Division Avenue Railroad Overpass. Both bridges received an artistic paint job that features a welcome message for the city you are entering. While not very historic looking, this a great example of how a historic railroad bridge that other people might see as an old industrial eyesore might be made to look more appealing to those people, while also retaining the historic structure.
