This is a small bridge, but it documents the structure type it represents quite well. It is also in decent structural condition, according to a 2004 structural evaluation. It is an example of a design of steel stringer, noted for its ornamental concrete railings, that was built with frequency in the late 1920s and early 1930s. Those that were built in the late 1920s often has different railings along the abutments, which this bridge does indeed have.
