Lattice guardrail stringer bridges are generally a rare find on a statewide scale, but in Huron County they appear frequently, both on public roads, and also as private drives, all crossing the numerous small creeks and large drains that are present in the county. Representing all of these bridges on the website would have been redundant and time-consuming. As a result, a few of the public road examples of these bridges were selected for website inclusion to represent this unusually large group of bridges in Huron County as a whole.

This bridge is a relatively long example of these Huron County bridges. It retains original railings, which are in good condition, and the stringers are in good condition.
