Note that this Streets map actually shows the old alignment of the bridge. The current Rip Rap Road (aka Wagoner Ford Road) bypasses both bridges seen on the map, and is more straight in alignment. The bridge will pop up to your left as you head north on the road.
This bridge is open to pedestrian traffic only. There is parking north of the bridge on the left-hand side of the road as you are heading northward.
