With an 1867 construction date carved into the stone on this two span bridge, this bridge is among the oldest bridges remaining in Michigan. Wood braces have been added to the sides of the arches which give this bridge an unusual appearance. Despite the fact that this bridge was 138 years old, its structural condition appeared to be good.
