The above map shows where the bridge is located.
There is a city street aptly named Henley Drive accessible north of the Ontario Street (HWY-42) Exit leads to Gladman Ave, which parallels the expressway for a short time. There is a way around the expressway fence to get down to the bridge from that street. I believe there was a warning sign posted, but it looked like people go down there often, based on the worn path. The below map shows the streets as well as a red line I drew in to show the approximate location of where you can get down to the bridge.
