This bridge is closed to all traffic, fenced off, and the deck has been removed.
I approached the bridge from Enterprise road. The fencing was less extensive on that side, and you could easilly get on an old railroad bridge just south of the bridge from that side as well. I am not sure what the other side's approach is like, although I suspect you could get better portal views, but there is ugly orange fencing in front of the bridge on that side.
