Key Facts
Bridge Name Facility Carried / Feature Intersected Location Structure Type Construction Date / Builder or Contractor
Old TR-428 Bridge Old TR-428 (Abandoned) Over Coxes Creek Rural: Somerset County, Pennsylvania Metal Pinned Pratt Full-Slope Pony Truss, Stationary 0 By: Unknown

This five panel structure has been abandoned for over thirty years. It is severely overgrown. This combined with a bad sun position, resulted in nearly impossible conditions for photographing this bridge. Perhaps someone in the winter at a different time of day might have better luck.

The bridge appears to have very unusual, but original railings.
