Key Facts
Bridge Name Facility Carried / Feature Intersected Location Structure Type Construction Date / Builder or Contractor
Old Darlington Bridge Plum Street (Abandoned Section) Over North Fork Little Beaver Creek Darlington: Beaver County, Pennsylvania Metal Riveted Pratt Pony Truss, Stationary 0 By: Unknown

This is a traditional five panel riveted Pratt pony truss that has been abandoned and is today buried in a tangle of vines and other plant growth. It makes for some attractive photos (unless you are going for a portal view) but likely is not good for the structure. It would be nice to see this bridge cleaned up and put back into use for pedestrian use. However, the structure may be privately owned today.
