Dark rainy mornings are not the best times to photograph dark, rusted, abandoned railroad bridges. My photos are not that good. But this was a bonus bridge anyway, something I didn't expect to find. This is a heavily skewed two-span pin connected Pratt through truss bridge. There is v-lacing on the verticals, sway bracing, and under the top chord. The portal bracing is a lattice design. The abutments and piers are stone. Each span is composed of ten panels.
This bridge is next to the newer, but much more historically significant rail truss bridge exhibiting the rare quadrangular warren truss configuration.
