This bridge is closed to vehicles.
Both the 27 Mile and 28 Mile Bridges appear to be on Wolcott Mill Metropark property. 27 Mile bridge is near a golf course, which appears to be associated with the park. I approached from the west, and went back in on the old road, which is now basically a trail. However, I discovered that the trail continues east of the bridge and comes out in the parking lot for the golf course, so you might be able to park there and walk in from the east side.
