I got my photos from the southeast quadrant around the bridge; I am unsure if photos can be retrieved of the stationary spans from the west side.
Well maintained signs on the bridge warn visitors that this bridge is under 24 hour camera surveillance and trespassers will be prosecuted. As a result, I don't recommend trying to get on-bridge photos no matter how tempting it may be.
