The road that leads to the bridge is called Seaway Haulage Road, and is accessible easily via Glendale Ave. Note the loop the road makes to meet Glendale Ave. You have to turn at the easternmost intersection shown on the map; the other intersection shown to the West is actually an underpass. You will know you have reached the bridge, because there is a railroad overpass over the road. A well-used trail leads up to the bridge from there.
