I approached this bridge from Sorby Highway, and the approach felt slightly private, but not enough to deter me. It is convenient to approach from that side, since it provides easy access to the Raymond Road Bridge just north of it. I noticed that the other side of Cole road looked like a large dirt trail... it may be possible to approach from that side, I am not sure.
