This bridge is just north of Carroll Road. Fox Road north of Carroll Road is completely abandoned. You will have to walk through the grass a bit to reach this bridge. You can see the bridge from the nearby modern Carroll Road Bridge just west of Fox Road. Note that Melvin Road and Peck Road are both paved.
