It is in Windows Media Video (WMV) format, which means if you have a reasonably recent version of Windows Media Player, you should be able to play these videos. I recomend saving these to your hard drive so you can enjoy them offline. You might have to right-click and select "Save Target As" to do this. There are two video compressions, a lower quality 4mb file, and a larger 11mb file. The smaller one is for the benefit of modem users who might not feel like waiting for the larger file to download. Although this bridge remains open in the summer at all times unless it is in use, there was actually a boat waiting to get through.
