To get to this bridge, you can park in an apartment complex. Coming from M-100, take Jefferson Street northwest out of downtown. You will slowly curve to a directly west orientation, and then turn right onto the second street you come to, which is Perry Street. You will see a large, old building with a ancient wooden water tower on it. This has been converted into the apartment. You will come to a roundabout in front of the building, take the drive to the left, where there are several open spaces to park in the back corner of that spot. You can see the tracks where they lead to the river behind the apartment.
