There were a lot of people wandering on and around this bridge. Some were fishing, some were just enjoying the scenery. Much nicer than the barbed wire fencing that surrounds the vertical lift span over in the U.S.A. I thought this photo captured the tranquility of the area quite well. The truss-like things you see in the background are dams for controlling the water level.
