This bridge is now located on a non-motorized path. The bridge is easy to get to via Market Street, which is actually a dirt road, but it passes right by the bridge. Otherwise, you might park on the city streets on the other side and walk back on the path.
I put a skull and crossbones on where the bridge used to be... I would avoid going there, because the new slab is very ugly, and it might make you throw up!
