There is a road leading to a sewage treatment plant near here that leads to a gravel trail that in turn leads to the bridge. There is also a non-motorized path that runs near the river, beside the road to the sewage plant that also has access to the gravel trail. These can be used to gain access to where I photographed the bridge. I was riding my bike through town, and had utilized the non-motorized path.
