Oregonia Bridge Company was unusual in that it continued building pin-connected Pratt through truss bridges into the 1910s, while all around them, rivet-connected truss bridges and other bridge types were becoming the accepted standards. Thus, with a 1904 construction date, this is actually a relatively early example of the company's work.
