This tiny bridge is a rare and outstanding early example of a King Bridge Company Pratt truss. The trusses no longer carry a live load, as steel stringers have been added underneath and the floorbeams removed. However, the truss lines themselves retain decent historic integrity although it appears the pins have had the nuts replaced with non-recessed nuts that don't quite fit, and some welded repairs are visible on the bottom chord.
The top chord and end posts are noted for using v-lacing in place of cover plate. Further, the vertical members and end posts appear to be tapered, an extremely rare detail, indicative of a more complex fabrication effort.
